Our Projects

Some of the applications we’ve built and actively used by our clients are listed below.

Scheduling Tool

A scheduling tool designed specifically for an NDIS provider allows for the booking of approximately 5,000 appointments each month for their clinicians. This tool operates within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, facilitating schedulers in locating and reserving appointments within clinicians' calendars. It also enables the schedulers to send the appointments to clients to confirm or request change via a secure website. Once clients confirm their appointments through the website, the tool syncs the appointments from Dynamics 365 to the clinicians' Outlook calendars and generates time entries for billing purposes.

Service Agreement Digitization

Clinicians used to printed the Service Agreement form for clients to sign on paper, which was then returned to the office for manual entry into the system. With digitization as part of Digital Transformation project, this process has been automated through integration with DocuSign. Now, the Service Agreement is sent to clients electronically via DocuSign, and once signed, the information is automatically updated in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The signed document is then downloaded from DocuSign and uploaded to SharePoint.

Controlled Document System (SharePoint Integration)

A Controlled Document system is built for a mining client using SharePoint and Power Platform. A number of workflows are developed using Power Automate to re-issue, review, supersede, withdraw documents. Microsoft Entra ID security groups are used to control who can run workflows or view renditions and so on.
